Great Loan Website

Today I found out about a pretty cool loan website. Seeing as I'm a Realtor myself, and looking for other business ventures, this seems like a very useful site.

In this site, you basically fill out a profile and choose which types of loans you're looking for. From equity to venture capitalist and even angel funding. They then send out your profile (no personal information such as S.S.), and they will not run a credit check unless you agree to it with a certain company. These companies then contact you if they can provide the loan you are looking for.
I'm not exactly sure how well this works, but if what they're saying on the site is true, its a great opportunity for business owners and wanna-be business owners to get that head start, especially the ones who have the ideas, but find a hard time finding the financing.

I'm not a huge web developer so I made it pretty simple. What I wrote is an actual true story, and I really am trying to raise money so that I can start a gym to help people fight obesity. I've actually helped many people lose weight in the past, and recently decided that a gym would be something I would definately enjoy running as well as be able to help many people.(my goal of million by 24 is a real one too)

I'm looking for feeback on what people think about this idea of raising capital. Do you guys think people will want to donate to have their link or banner up on the site? What do you guys think of the layout?
And if anyone can suggest a way to get more people to the site..

Money Maker Or Time Waster?

So I came across some interesting online opportunity that might actually have a chance to get people some extra money for a chance. As with other ideas, I was very skeptical ofcourse, and researched the hell out of it. With pretty much any other "scheme" I found online before, I always found a scamreport on it within about 2 min on google. This one however did not seem to come up with any scam report. I even found people discussing this on numerous Business and Entrepreneur Forums. It's a pretty basic idea, and supposed to be made by the same people that created something else I tried back in the day. Even though I only made $20-50 bucks here and there with their old program, it cost me nothing, and any free money is good money:)

So the basic idea of this is that you download and install a ad-bar on your computer and as you surf the internet, you also view different ads, and get paid for it. The bar is still in beta, and it seems like now is a great opportunity to sign up and maybe actually get into it early. The more you sign up and get other people to use, the more you can make. Theres a link at the end for people to sign up if they're interested to. I urge people to research it themselves, but sign up here :-)
